The Walter Family

This week has been a little crazy here at the Walter household. We had Eric's family here for Christmas this last weekend and so we are now trying to get caught back up and get back on schedule. Kylee came home sick yesterday from daycare. She had thrown up several times in the short amount of time she was there but never did run a fever. We had her hit the Pedialyte hard and she was feeling much better this morning and back at Nana's today. Natalee started really crawling this week - no more army crawling for her. She is in to everything and everywhere trying to follow her big sister. She also learned how to sit up all by herself this week! Eric is having his wisdom teeth taken out today. He is actually having it done right now. So I'm sure this weekend will be crazy for me with him "out of commission" to help out around the house and with the girls. We had a wonderful New Year's Eve. We packed up the girl's and went to a friend's house. They had quite the set-up for everyone including all of the kids. They had a couple of playrooms and even had hired a sitter for the evening so everyone with kids could relax and enjoy adult time. Kylee had a lot of fun running around and playing with new toys and friends and Natalee had a blast being passed around from person to person and army-crawling all over the place. Eric and I had a lot of fun hanging out with the adults for the evening. We partied well past midnight and since I'm still nursing, I was able to be the DD and drive us and Brooks, Stacey and Dylan home safely. Hope everyone had a wonderful New Year's!
