The Walter Family

We celebrated Christmas with just our little family before heading to Ida Grove for Christmas celebrations with the Jenkins side. We had a nice night opening presents and looking at Christmas lights. We then headed to Ida Grove to celebrate with the Jenkins family. We had a wonderful time and it was nice to have everyone home. Adam and Amy are expecting twins in May; so it was fun to see her cute little belly and catch up with them. Santa came! She is all ready for customers!

We took the girls to see Santa last weekend and they LOVED him! We stood in line for a long time and they were getting restless but as soon as it was their turn they went right up to him (I assisted getting them both on his lap) and the very first thing they said to him was, "HO, WHOA, WHOA" yep, I said "whoa" and not "ho" because for some reason Natalee can only say "ho" the first time and then says "whoa" - it's pretty cute. After their "ho, whoa, whoa'ing" they told him EVERYTHING THEY WANTED for Christmas, smiled for a picture and then talked about meeting Santa the rest of the day and how they want to see him again. I love that they weren't scared of him and how they both just lit up. So fun! Later on Kylee added that she would like to ask Santa for another sister and brother... Eric and I informed her that Santa didn't bring babies for gifts but that hasn't stopped her and now Natalee from const...

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with my parents in Ida Grove and made caramel and all of our Christmas cookies. It was a very busy trip with not a lot of relaxation but totally worth it because we had a lot of fun!!!

We saw lots and lots of family, ate lots and lots of food and had lots and lots of fun! Kylee and Natalee with Great Grandma Walter (love how this shows the good talks they had). We went and saw some buffalo... Had a tea party with Great-Grandpa Jim... Colored with Grandpa Dave... Taking turns playing the piano at Uncle Richard's & Aunt Kathy's.... Hugs with cousin Liam... Great Granny & Grandpa Kenny
