The Walter Family

We had a great visit with Eric's parents this weekend and they got to see Kylee play soccer. She had her 3rd soccer game and isn't so much into playing the game as she is way more interested in kicking the dirt around and asking to come out of the game or just taking herself out. She will take herself out randomly to give hugs to Mommy, Grandparents, Uncle Brooks and Aunt Stacey and Nana if she is at the game. She is NOT at all into really running or chasing the ball - I have a feeling it will be a long season. BUT after the game we went to Deanna Rose Children's Farmstead and had a great time with all of the animals.

Here is my handsome nephew, Dylan. I can't believe he is going to be 14 in less than two months!

Kylee started soccer this year and Eric is her coach. She was VERY excited about it and has been having a lot of fun with the practices. This is her first game and she did okay. All of the kids were pretty confused as to which way their goal was but all did great and had a blast while playing. It will be interesting to see how the season goes.

There were BIG balloons... Silly faces... Natalee styled Aunt Jan's hair... Cousin fun (Dayton and Kylee)... Paper airplane building... Park time... It was a fantastic reunion but I didn't capture any pictures with the adults but we had a great time and started a new tradition of having a nice fire going in Lance and Christy's firepit.

The weather finally started to cool down enough that Eric and Natalee could go golfing! Natalee had planned a Daddy/Daughter date as a gift to Eric for Father's Day but it had been so hot that they weren't able to go all summer. She asked him just about every day when they were going to get to go golfing together and so she was SUPER EXCITED to find out they could finally go together. Kylee and I went to church and she got to wear a new dress... Random pix taken one night when the girls were playing dress up and being silly... Before church in pretty dresses...
