Another Bathroom Project...

Since I liked the result of the refinishing project in our master bathroom, I decided to try it out in the spare bathroom. I have been working on this for a long time (many, many weeks....okay months) because I would just work on it when I had free time and wasn't rushed to get it done. With company coming this next weekend, I really felt the urge to get it all finished up and am pretty happy with the results. Next will be our kitchen and I'm not looking forward to that because if this tiny bathroom took so long, I can't imagine how long it will take me to do an entire kitchen of cabinets...but for now, I will just take joy in the fact that this project has ended and turned out well.

So with baby on the mind, today, the girls came downstairs to show me that they both were expecting babies - Natalee with twins and Kylee with one and then a few minutes later - their babies were born!

It's Fun to Have a Sister!

I remember taking baths with siblings when I was younger and knew that someday my girls would get to share in the joy of playing in the tub with one another too. Although Natalee is still not quite stable enough sitting on her own in the tub, we put her in her bumbo seat so the two could play in the tub together and they LOVED it!

Apparantly Kylee has been paying very close attention to Mommy. This morning I was getting my pump out and Kylee ran over, grabbed the shields and did this...she'll make a good Mommy someday.
