Fun Fun & More Fun!

We had a fabulous weekend! Beware of picture overload on this post!

Friday night it was Ladies Night at the K so some girls from work and I went to watch the game (Royals against the White Sox). We had so much fun!!! Our seats weren't great but we ended up heading down to where our firm seats are to sit with one of the partners at our firm after the 7th inning. We had so much fun and will definately be planning another girl's night!!!

Me and Jana tailgating!

Just us WBSV girls...

We were so excited that we got free shirts! They handed them out to the first 10,000 Ladies and we got ours just in time!

Our seats weren't close but we still had an awesome time!

Saturday we celebrated Natalee's birthday! She turns 1 tomorrow (May 17th). We had a monkey cake for her and she loved it! Thank you to my friend Steph for making such an awesome birthday cake for her. Natalee acted like she knew just what to do and ate almost 3/4 of the cake!!!! Kylee started singing Happy Birthday as soon as we brought the cake to Natalee and they both loved the monkey on the top! I will post more about my baby turning 1 tomorrow but here are a few pictures from the party!

Baby, Baby, Baby

The girls are so excited about becoming big sisters and are always asking questions about the baby. I read that this week the baby can hear us talk so the girls have been singing to the baby and talking to the baby. We find out if the baby is a girl or boy next month and are so excited! I had a doctor's appointment on Friday and the doctor said the baby is very active and moving all over the place. I loved hearing this because to me, the more the baby moves, the more healthy I feel it is. I have felt a few little flutters so far and can't wait for the baby to get a little bigger so I can feel it moving more often - to me, that is one of the most amazing feelings! So with baby on the mind, today, the girls came downstairs to show me that they both were expecting babies - Natalee with twins and Kylee with one and then a few minutes later - their babies were born!

I remember taking baths with siblings when I was younger and knew that someday my girls would get to share in the joy of playing in the tub with one another too. Although Natalee is still not quite stable enough sitting on her own in the tub, we put her in her bumbo seat so the two could play in the tub together and they LOVED it!

Apparantly Kylee has been paying very close attention to Mommy. This morning I was getting my pump out and Kylee ran over, grabbed the shields and did this...she'll make a good Mommy someday.
